Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by All Blu Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“All Blu,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization to these Terms. You represent and warrant that you are a licensed mortgage professional or otherwise have a legitimate business purpose for using the Services and that your use complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including mortgage licensing regulations.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to (a) use the Services to send unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or unsolicited communications; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Services; or (d) use the Services in violation of applicable telemarketing, consumer protection, fair lending, or data privacy laws (including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GLBA, and state mortgage regulations).
5. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a per-seat, monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in a written agreement. We may change pricing upon at least thirty (30) days’ prior notice. Carrier fees for SMS, MMS, and telephony usage are passed through at cost.
6. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for conduct that we reasonably believe poses a risk to All Blu, its customers, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, content, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of All Blu or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services solely for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. All Blu does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. All Blu is not a lender, mortgage broker, or financial advisor; the Services are software tools and do not constitute legal, financial, or compliance advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Blu’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall not exceed the amounts you paid to All Blu in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall All Blu be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Blu and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and, where appropriate, by email or in-product notification. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. SMS / MMS Communications Program
Program Name
All Blu Operational Notifications
Program Description
The All Blu Operational Notifications program is an SMS/MMS communications service operated by All Blu Technologies LLC. Through this program, we send operational messages to business customers (mortgage brokers, loan officers, and authorized platform users) regarding their All Blu account, including: account onboarding, software usage notifications, customer support communications, billing reminders, system status updates, delivery of account-related documents (PDFs and other media), and product updates.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity, support interactions, and the operational events relevant to your account. Typical users may receive between 0 and 10 messages per month, though volume may be higher during onboarding, active support engagements, or billing cycles.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent and received under this program. All Blu does not charge a fee for these messages; however, your mobile carrier may charge based on your plan.
Opt-In
You opt in to the All Blu Operational Notifications program by providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively checking the dedicated SMS consent checkbox during account sign-up at https://allblu.ai/signup. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent — the SMS consent checkbox must be affirmatively checked. Consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of the All Blu platform. You may sign up for All Blu, complete a purchase, and use the platform without opting in to SMS messages, and may opt in or out at any time.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages from All Blu at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message and will not receive further messages from this program. To resume receiving messages, you may reply START or re-enable SMS notifications in your account settings.

For help, reply HELP to any message from All Blu. You may also contact our support team directly at support@allblu.ai for any questions or assistance regarding the SMS program.
Supported Carriers
This program is supported by all major U.S. mobile carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your use of this SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at https://allblu.ai/privacy. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
